Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@letzkart.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Customized products (special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty, hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at letzkartofficial@gmail.com.
